Synaptic Potential was established in 2010 by Amy Brann when she recognized that organizations were missing a key ingredient for how to get the most out of their people.

She’d seen first hand how morale rapidly falls when people don’t feel fulfilled and engaged at work and knew there had to be a better way. By combining this experience with perspectives she’d gained while studying the human brain at university she wondered whether neuroscience might hold the answers. A few years later, she founded Synaptic Potential with the vision to create a new blueprint for the future of work that was based on helping organizations unlock the full brain performance of their people.

Since then Amy, together with Dr Jen Newson, an Oxford Neuroscience PhD, and the rest of the Synaptic Potential team, have been partnering with organizations around the globe to help them close their potential-performance gaps, using scientifically-underpinned insights from the world of neuroscience that tell us how the brain performs at its best.
